Annemarie and Ernst Hirt created the beautiful café in February 1957 herdsman.
In the year 1992 its son Jürgen herdsman with his Mrs. Gisela built a small cosy hotel beside this building. From this marriage three children follow.
In October 1994 Mrs. Annemarie herdsman transferred the café to her son and by a large cultivation the café and the hotel was interconnected.
Thus the hotel herdsman developed in the year 1995.
